Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Schedule appointments, handle phone inquiries, and maintain patient records.
  • Assist healthcare providers during exams by preparing the room and equipment.
  • Perform routine screenings, such as checking vitals, under supervision.
  • Manage medical supplies inventory and ensure all areas are clean and organized.
  • Coordinate patient referrals to specialists and follow up on appointments.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and healthcare regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns effectively.

Work Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); medical assisting certification (preferred).
  • Experience: Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
